電解電容放置太久如果不能采用正確的激活方式會直接導(dǎo)致電解電容損壞，電解電容廠家告訴您：年久的電解電容正確的激活方法。大容量電解電容放置半年或者1年以上，在重新使用的使用時候，必須采用激活的辦法，才能使用，否則會導(dǎo)致?lián)p壞或者使用命。

　　1、用萬用表電阻擋測量待激活的電解電容，當正向電阻為零或者很小時，說明該電解電容已經(jīng)擊穿報廢。除此之外的電解電容都可以進行激活處理。

　　When the positive resistance is zero or very small, it means that the electrolytic capacitor has been broken down and scrapped. In addition, all electrolytic capacitors can be activated.

　　2、將電解電容焊接好后，首先加半壓，以450V電解電容為例，可將市電電壓調(diào)至130V，此時電解電容兩端的直流電壓是130Vx1.4=180V左右，激活24小時。

　　4、用電容表測量容量的恢復(fù)情況，．一般都能恢復(fù)60％左右。對于容量一點都沒有恢復(fù)的，可以基本判斷該電解電容已經(jīng)斷路損壞。

　　5、將電壓調(diào)至220V，此時電解電容兩端的直流電壓是220Vx1.4=300V左右，繼續(xù)激活24小時，此時容量能夠恢復(fù)到90％～100％。

　　6、將電壓調(diào)至350V，此時電解電容兩端的直流電壓是350Vx1.4=490V左右，繼續(xù)激活．48小時或者72小時。每次激活的電解電容數(shù)量不限。

　　經(jīng)過以上激活處理的電解電容，一般都能恢復(fù)到標稱容量，并且漏電極小。
